- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair honest prices upfront. I would rather quote the job a little high and take off a little at completion because the job didn’t take as long, than to bid the job low and then try to ask for more money on the back end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a time to look at your job, I’ll give you a quote and a time frame, then If everything works for both of us, we will get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve done drywall work full time since 2004 and I’ve owned my own company for the last 10 years. I’ve worked for multiple restoration companies, so I’ve been able to perfect my repairing and patching drywall skills in addition to doing new construction.
