The basement looked good initially, but when I did an inspection I noticed that there were cracks in the window sill area from when the guys had come in and out with material. I contacted the company but they didn’t reply. Secondly, there was a natural gas pipe protruding from the ceiling. They should have moved it and informed me of what the issue was and maybe have charged for that or they should have created a box to hide it. But instead they left it there protruding from the ceiling and it looked odd. If they had responded to me to fix these issues, there wouldn’t have been a problem but they never got back to me.

Details: Residential • 500 - 1,000 sq. ft. • Yes, my basement finishing or remodeling project will require electrical or plumbing work • Already have plans - just need installation

Waylon was great to work with. We ran into a few problems getting the bathroom ready for him to work on and he was very flexible and patient while we figured it out. The tile he did for us turned out great.

Details: Bathroom • Tub / Shower enclosure • 25 - 50 sq ft • Porcelain • No, but I will buy the tiles myself

This was a fantastic experience! We moved into a new home with cathedral walls and ceilings. I wanted to decorate the walls but knew it wasn't practical for me to try to anchor the decor while standing on an 18ft. ladder. He was patient and let me take my time expressing what I wanted. He was exact and inline with my perfectionism and tendency to change my mind. The results were exceptional and much more than I can show in pictures. I will definitely use him again and again!

Details: 2 - 5 hours (A few different projects) • Living room • Wall hangings • Home
