Step 1. Complimentary consultation Step 2. Design program to meet clients goals Step 3. Workout and have fun on a consistent basis Step 4. Evaluate how much progress has been made towards clients goals Step 5. Redesign program to meet new goals Step 6. Repeat step 3!
