I have been training with Kyra since January, and I have seen inches come off! I love that the training isn't just the workouts, but that she also gives me so much help nutrition-wise. We talk about my diet, what I should be eating more of, what I should be eating less of, what will boost my energy, give me a healthier gut, etc. She is constantly adapting our workouts to challenge me and push me just a little bit more each day. I've increased my strength and significantly decreased my upset stomachs, bloating, poor gut health. I also just absolutely love that she's positive, cheerful, and so approachable...It makes it really easy for her to sneak in heavier weights or more reps, and you don't even want to say no! You just know you can do it! I always leave our workouts feeling exhausted and satisfied, and I'm always excited to see what I can accomplish in the next one. I can't say enough good things about training with Kyra. She is a phenomenal trainer. I have dropped 10% body fat in the past month or so because of her. She knows how to target muscles groups to give you full and difficult workouts without driving it into (what feels like) impossibility. She does a fantastic job of pushing you to work hard, but doesn't pressure you past what you are able to do. She is fun and friendly and very easy to work with. At the beginning of my time with Kyra, no one ever would have complimented me on my performance in the gym, let alone ask me for help or tips. To my very great surprise, after working with Kyra that has all changed. Now when I go to the gym with friends, they look to me for tips, tricks, and workouts. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My rate is $60 per session. That cost is discounted when a customer buys packages of 15, 24, 36, or 48 sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First session/ consultation is always free. During this initial session we will go over your health history, any injuries or issues, goals, and body composition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified as a personal trainer with ACE and as a holistic nutrition counselor with AFPA.
