Introduction: My name is Maegan Richards, and I am passionate about health and fitness and its power to change lives. I previously trained at VASA fitness, and just started my own business Maeg's Fitness. :) I specialize in toning, building lean muscles, and fat loss through high intensity interval training workouts. As your trainer, I provide fitness routines and nutritional advice, assist you with practicing proper form, and develop training plans to help you make progress safely and avoid injury. Maegan was great! She taught fitness classes at our small gym for youth ages 10-16 and did an excellent job! She is very friendly, relatable and knows what she is doing when it comes to fitness and training. You won't go wrong with her.

It was nice to workout with Maegan. She is very responsive and very organized. She is always willing to work according to your schedule and try to adjust. As I am very new to workout world, she is also helping me to get the right equipments for me to workout at home. Also, she is looking into what proteins I can have to get the right lean muscles as I am a vegetarian. She also looks at the posture and tries to correct it as much as possible while you workout. I highly recommend Maegan as a trainer. Super nice and super easy to work with.
