She's a great trainer. I am so happy I made the decision to train with her. It is so worth it. She has a huge variety of meal plans and work outs. I have a knee injury so for many years I have limit my workouts, I have been able to work out perfectly and Mariah has always given me workouts that are perfect for me. So far, I have lost over 10 lbs in 3 months and I was not even overweight. I am more toned and people obviously notice it. But most importantly, I feel better than ever. Mariah not only trains your body but also your mind and emotions. Her workouts are very complete. Speaking from experience- most trainers charge ALOT more and give you much less. I have been very shocked with the amount that Mariah offers. So much time, attentions, customizations, group events & all the other stuff she does to help us has been so incredible for our relationship together. Starting to work with Mariah was hands down the best decision I made in 2018. I just finished my 6 months with her and I feel like a completely different person. I used to go to the gym and feel uncomfortable because I didn’t know what I was doing. Like, I knew what a squat looked like but not what it was supposed to feel like. I would eat next to nothing and still felt like I was getting nowhere. I was in a space where I felt horrible about my body. Mariah helped me change all of that. I feel so much better about the way that I look—and not just because I look better. My entire outlook has changed and I realize I was way too harsh on my “before” self, and my “after” self feels bangin’. Mariah was also cheaper per session than my therapist at the time, and did more to help me accept the body I live in. (Still get therapy if you need it, but I think this is a good example of the value you are getting with Mariah.) She helped me feel in control of my body. One of the best things about Mariah is the fact that she wants you to eventually be able to do things on your own. She’s aware that working with her is an investment, and it shows. I feel completely comfortable at the gym now. I know what exercises to do to work out specific muscle groups, and how they are supposed to feel. Mariah genuinely cares about me, and she will genuinely care about you. She’s always asking how she can improve. I haven't been with Mariah a full month yet but I already know I'm satisfied. I can actually see the progress each session. I can see that I'm getting better and I'm already feeling better. Mariah pushes me in a good way and stops me when she knows I'm not listening to my body. I don't feel forced, I don't feel pressured, and she encourages me in a way that keeps me honest. In the moments where I don't think I can do the hard stuff, she shows me that I can. The other thing I love about her is that she counts all the wins. Small or not!
