These guys went over and beyond our expectations, we had an emergency small project that several other companies had come to see and never even sent a quote, Felipe and Marcelo came in the next day and gave us a firm quote on the spot, and few days got our needs resolved! We have been looking to finish our basement since the day we purchased our home, looked everywhere, most of company don’t even showed up or sent the actual estimate, or were astronomical expensive, or just offer the very basic options that they repeat in all their projects over and over again. So those guys came in, it’s was a totally different experience, they had an dedicated person who took care of the appointment times and dates, Marcelo came in, measured everything, put on his computer right in front of us the initial layout and spent as much time we need on the first meeting even before we signed any contract, showed us options, custom options I mean, then send a quote couple days later with all ITEMS BROKEN DOWN, so we could see how much was the cost for each piece of our basement, along with 3D renderings, that’s was the game change, honestly it wasn’t the cheaper one, but was far from the highest one either, and was the ONE, exactly how we had envisioned it to be, and worth every single penny we had paid! Times lines were clear with possible delays (which happened due the selections we did haven’t arrived on time) they txted us every evening telling who was gonna come next day! Yes, we had problems as well and few mistakes, that was addressed on the spot. So, to finalize, I would like to say thank you for all the respectful guys that worked hard in our project (even with snowing days), Thanks Marcelo, Cesar and Raquel, you guys are awesome, and we would to use this review to recommend your excellent services to other in our community and help you guys grow your business! Thanks and we look forward for the next project!
