The entire 5 STAR team from sales to front office to installation is top-notch. Special shoutout to Donnie, Carson, Zach, Trapper, Ricky who were super easy to work with and did such a great job on my new bathroom. They were always on time each morning and very communicative when adjustments needed to be made. You can tell that 5 STAR has a nice family feeling within the company; it appears that the team enjoys working together and truly cares about each other. A nice energy for sure. This shouldn't matter but as a woman, I found them very easy to work with and no egos; super chill all around! I'm very happy with my new bathroom and would hire 5 STAR again and recommend them to others. - angie.

Dave Adamson came to our home to give us an estimate for a walk in shower. We informed him that we are using VA benefits and will have to make up the differance between the VA award and the total cost. He informed us that he has a special package price for veterans in this situation. Dave is very personable and pleasant and he knows his stuff. The shower he designed for us is just what we wanted. He has a great deal of experience and is honest in all his dealings. We are now having Dave install new windows in our home. I know that the installation will be as professional as the shower is. I would call him for any work that I need done. And we have other projects that I would not hesitate asking him to do for us. Excellent service and a very caring and talented person.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my bathroom remodel. Finding a company that would work with me on a curbless shower was hard to find. 5 Star worked so great with me on my needs and what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better job!!!! I now have a piece of mind for the safety features they were able to install for me and my family. Will recommend them highly!!!!

These guys were amazing from start to finish. They were very accommodating for the initial consultation. The time from consultation to installation was a very quick turnaround. The installer was very professional and went above and beyond. The installer fixed a scratch in the floor that was caused by another company and so he was not required to fix it but fixed it at no additional cost and was very kind about. The installer also answered any questions that we had as well

I declined their services and they called me multiple times a week leaving messages and complaining that I wasted their money. I asked them to stop and had to block their number to get the calls to stop. I think they were upset that they paid for the lead through thumbtack and that I ultimately decided against doing the remodel or even the estimate due to the cost of other estimates I received. In my opinion they acted in an unprofessional manner to a level I have never before seen in a company, and they were willing to spend many many hours calling to harass me rather than accept that I didn't want their services.
