I make sure the customer needs are met from day 1! One thing to note: I'm in the Denton, Texas area so if your job requires onsite I can only do it within 100 miles from here. If you're looking for a computer repair from a tech professional who is friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt, I cannot recommend Mr. Kofford enough. Simple fixes, like the keyboard adjustments and battery replacement I needed, are treated as inconveniences at other businesses, but not here. I needed to recover my files off of my laptop that had died. It was an Apple laptop, which Apple had said was not repairable. I was just hoping to get some of my files recovered. Though, he was able to completely repair my computer. I would have had to pay the full retail price to replace my computer, but he was able to repair it for a much cheaper price. I am very satisfied with his excellent work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All diagnosis and quotes are FREE, bottom line :) My rate is $75 an hour and $40 on-site fee (flat fee). If I can't fix or repair your issue, no charge, no hassle. I take checks, cards, paypal and cash. Possible discounts discussed if using cash.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Via phone or email to discuss needs and time constraints.
