- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All diagnosis and quotes are FREE, bottom line :) My rate is $75 an hour and $40 on-site fee (flat fee). If I can't fix or repair your issue, no charge, no hassle. I take checks, cards, paypal and cash. Possible discounts discussed if using cash.

Via phone or email to discuss needs and time constraints.

I have a Computer Engineering Degree and over 15 years of Computer Experience.
