Obi is a great guy to train with. He has extensive knowledge in the fitness industry and he is always so happy and willing to help. I would recommend him to anyone from just starting out, or an experienced gym goer! He genuinely cares for your results.

This woman is amazing! She is organized, responds immediately if we have any questions regarding our training regimine, she does the "full packsge" including health, nutrition, and exercise, and she has such a fun personality! I would absolutely reccommend her to anyone looking to push themselves to a better life. We are working with her to get our boys ready for the football season and shes great working with them as athletes. She absolutely does not charge what shes worth either! Well worth every penny, and then some!!

I am comfortable in any setting after his coaching in boxing and in the weight room. In more than one way, I owe Nate Benedict my life because he not only trained me but also taught me how to train myself and handle myself in any situation. I've been working out since I was 14 and I'm 20 now. I've known Nate that entire time and in that time, I've never witnessed a more clever and driven trainer. In my opinion, Nate Benedict is the best.
I have been going to Ryan for personal training and nutrition guidance for 2+ years - from maintaining weight through pregnancy and after. He is super patient at explaining the plan and exercises. And he's very encouraging and motivating, even when I haven't been following his excellent advice. He has a mental library of analogies that are hilarious and make the principles stick in your head. The gym equipment is very well maintained and he has everything needed for personal training sessions. Highly recommend Ryan and Core Personal Fitness!
I typically hate working out, but MC Fitness has changed my mind. Kinsey does a great job at switching things up each class, and keeping things interesting. You always leave feeling like you've had a good workout and are excited to come back. She loves what she does and knows how to fit a class to you specifically in order to live a healthier lifestyle. Troy is by far the greatest trainer I've ever had! He's great at keeping me motivated and gears my workouts around the stuff he knows I like to do so I don't dread my time at the gym. Troy has pushed me to get the results I want and for that I keep coming back for more, couldn't do it without him!!
