Coddled Critters is the absolute best! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We had an unfortunate experience with a dog sitter we had hired who decided to bail on us two days into our trip. So while we were over 1000 miles away, we had to find alternative boarding for our dog, on a Sunday, two days before Christmas. Needless to say I panicked a little, but then we found Coddled Critters! They came to the rescue and were a complete life saver - I called them right up, explained the situation, and they worked with me over the phone and made things so easy. The staff is so nice and you can tell they really care about the pets they take care of, and their families. They took wonderful care of our Ella. I loved that they had webcams so we could check in on her, and even got a cute hand written report card about how she did during her stay, with a decorated Christmas cookie to go! We are so glad we found Coddled Critters, and will absolutely be bringing her back for doggy daycare during work days, and for boarding for all of our future travels. Thank you Coddled Critters!
