- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very flexible on pricing. I know having a remodel can be a expensive process but I am here to work with the client to get the project in their price range without lowering quality of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the clients in person first to get a scope of the project. Take detailed notes on ideas and materials to get the invoice to the client within a day or two. Then make sure I have all the materials and sub contractors scheduled so that when the working starts there is now down time waiting on either materials or subs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied Mechanical Engineering at Utah State for 3 years before starting off into the construction industry. Currently getting my B100 contractors licenses, with 7 years of applicable remodeling experience.
