When training me to learn the kettlebells Matt was patient and willing to show me moves when I was not understanding them. I learned a lot from him and would have him train me again.

Matt is super nice, patient, and seems to know exactly what he's talking about. I've previously worked out on my own for years with little results, with Matt I find new HOPE!He's a certified personal trainer "ISSA" from what he says, and it does help, because he has been working with me for several months now with great results, my lifts have all gone up, and my wife has been complimenting me :) I've even had comments at work! Like "You've lost weight?!" and "You look great, you been workin' out?" It's been great!" I wake up in the morning and can't wait for my afternoon sessions, he's great to work with. THUMBS UP for Matt!!!
