I had Dan bid some home improvement work on my house as I was looking to put it on the market. He gave me a competitive bid and said that he would be able to get started on the job in a timely manner. However, that was not the case. Not only was he terrible at returning calls and messages, on one occasion when we had an appointment, he failed to show or call to let me know. And if it was just that, I might have been okay with it. But, it's a disaster. I asked him to fix the toilet in my master bedroom, he pulled up the tile and showed me the original issue, which had caused the wood to rot. He said he could fix it no problem, but he couldn't find tile to match, so he had to tear up all the tile in my bathroom. It took several weeks between trips for him to show up. The work he did was not even mediocre, and to my dismay, the leak has gotten worse and the bedroom below it has wet carpet. We had a buyer for our home, but after the home inspection, the buyers withdrew their offer. I have been unable to contact Dan and while that isn't a surprise, I couldn't be more appalled at the results of his work. There is no way on earth I would recommend Dan to any of my friends. I saw in previous reviews that he was timely and professional, and that in no way describes the experience I have had with him.

I. was really impressed with dans work in my home , he was very punctual , clean & conscientious. He involved me in decisions to be made & his standard of work was excellent . I have already recommended him to two of my friends & will continue to do so. He will be returning soon to do some more work for us. I was also impressed with the work ethic & standard of work of his employee . His prices were very fair too. Overall I feel there is really nothing for me to be dis satisfied with.
