  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge for quality work because that is what customers want. If I get the job done sooner then promise, I give a refund. And if I am over time that I promised I do not ask for more.

    Understanding what they want and making sure to convey that information back so they are aware I understand it.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Years in real estate and working with all ages of homes has taught me a lot of different styles of building now and in the past.
