- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually don't charge an arm and a leg, my prices are fair and affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Not too much of a process. I like to make a formal introduction and get the details of what needs done. Ive had a couple of clients just give me instructions by text message or by messaging me on the thumbtack app.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I honestly did not go to school or training on what I love doing. I grew up with both of my parents teaching me and showing me how to prepare for a garden, tend to it, care for it, and what vegetables and herbs to plant during the season. I've enjoyed and learned a lot doing small task, mostly I love being outside no matter what season it is. I like having a nice yard cause it says alot about the person and how well they keep maintenance with their yard. I always make sure to go the extra mile with my clients.
