- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our prices are based off of fair market value, and we package our options in a flat rate, upfront pricing structure so labor and material are included in one price, this price won’t change unless agreed upon by the customer, our customers love this because, they know exactly what it will cost them, before the work begins. No guessing and worrying!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We like to introduce ourselves and get to know the customer a bit before starting, it’s always good to break the ice and get to a point where both parties feel relaxed in the moment with each other, then we prefer to have the customer tell us a bit about what is going on for them, in their own words. We explore the issues together, we will educate the customer on how we would go about fixing the issues and give the customer the best options possible to remedying the issues. Once the options and price are agreed upon by the customer and technician, the work can begin.
