I also learned that we won't freeze for one or two days. Boil water to keep your house warm. We were at 63 when we realized of our problem. We boiled water and brought it up to 69. It took two (three with the humidifier and AC) days to fix the problem anyways We can take our time and make sure we really compare with others.
This is a very hard working team. They work well together, which helps immensely for a family business. They look out for each other.
They are kind, young, knowledgeable and full of energy. It comes so easy for them to explain how appliances would work and how things will turn out. It helps to make you feel confident to make the decision of accepting their offer. Though, we think too much excitement of words, should be matched in the receipt.
We got a good deal, we hope (we didn't take time to compare) and we're thankful! Sometimes I think we could negotiate with the appliances we had, that were still in relatively good shape, even just for the metal.
Because we had the impression that the new appliances would be the same brand. We were told if we don't like it, they would take everything away. But then, now that we think about it, how could that be? How would they leave our place? Where are our appliances? How would they really fix it? We may be expending more in utilities, but we'll see. I asked a question about our new water heater also, but they said it was o.k.
Fortunately, everything seems to be working fine and probably that's how they give their warranty. These men are good and have great principles. We could not believe how easily it was to connect with them right away. We hope they hold on to that and don't jeopardize it with all the jobs they joggle. It may matter the number of jobs they take a day for now, though quality and keeping firm to their principles and quality will help them gain even more in the long run; that's their best investment. No need to used up all the hours in the day, save some time and energy for family. We're older and we hope they take this advise which we give heartily.
We thank them again and we'll see them when we need to start our new AC.
