- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a standard price due to the fact that every situation is unique. We determine price off of many different variables; square footage, type of job needed, living areas, hours, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we start cleaning for a new client the first thing we like to do is a walk through of the property. We go from room to room discussing what will and will not be cleaned during a regular rotation and what we will rotate monthly, that way nothing gets missed. We want to make sure we are all on the same page so there are no discrepancy's later. Our goal is to make sure the customer is comfortable with our services and we do that by checking off all your little boxes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train our employees how to clean each individual room properly so that nothing is missed no matter who cleans it.
