• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I prefer face-to-face intake, so come in 5-10 mins early to discuss your goals and focus for your massage time. We will then come up with a plan for your individual needs.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I’m trained in a variety of modalities including: neck/shoulder specialty, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, trigger-point therapy, prenatal, injury recovery and relaxation.
