Have been in a sales/customer service job for years as well my wife is an esthetician, and this is the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We write this to help others save there money and go somewhere that actually cares about your service. The first thing you see when you walk in, is a sign saying "Thanks for Tipping" that should say it all. After waiting in her little lobby for twenty minutes, she finally came in and didn't even say hi. She has this little room in her house she uses to give you the massage, the bed is not heated and everything was cold. When she left the room after putting some stuff on my back, the dog was sniffing at the door and I heard her vacuuming upstairs. I only got a 30 min massage and she charged me 60$. I tried to be nice and tip her 10$ (When I paid for an hour and only got 30 min) and she almost looked at me in disgust. She is not the best in Utah, she won the award back in 2006, anybody can win it once and they haven't won it since. I didn't get my money's worth and will never recommended anybody to see her. She really does feel she can treat people poorly because she won some awards 8 years ago. Massage therapist are dime a dozen, her prices don't compare to others. Save yourself the money and go to a spa that has heated beds and towels. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY go to someone that truly cares about your service.

Outstanding massage. I got the light touch 4-hand and it was awesome. I highly recommend this place for the weary traveler.
