- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer both group and individual sessions. My individual rates are; once a week ($60 a session) twice a week ($55 a session) three or more times a week ($50 a session). Group rates are; 2 people ($40 per person) 3 people ($35 per person) and 4 or more ($30per person). All sessions are an hour and I generally don't do groups larger than 4 people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I offer a free fitness consultation where we can set goals and discuss implementing training into helping you reach those goals. Contact me today to set up a time to meet and do a consultation!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a bachelor's degree from BYU in exercise science. I am also certified through ACSM and NASM. In addition I have 15 years of experience working as a personal trainer.
