Introduction: I get really excited in helping people and families. Most people want to improve something in their life. Most of us feel frustrated or overwhelmed at some point. Many of us would like to just be our best self. Whether it means learning to focus on what you want and need or learning to face challenges more readily with improvement and success, I can help. I expect change to happen and so should my clients.
I typically like to incorporate guided imagery or hypnosis for depression, anxiety, sleep problems and pornography issues. I have found that utilizing these techniques can be far superior to regular talk therapy.
I prefer to use emotionally focused therapy for couples. For individuals, I utilize hypnosis, cognitive behavioral therapy and brief-solution-focused therapy.
