FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price is $30.00. This can vary based on the type of job and the need and can be discussed once I have a clear idea of the work being requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always do a phone call or a zoom call first with my prospective client. It helps so we both know who we’re working with. I like to get an outline of what the client has in mind. We draw up a plan, what day to check in, what day to send in time cards and pay day reports and I usually ask my clients to email me weekly tasks on mondays that they would like to have done continually, and then any daily tasks that come up through the week can be emailed or text to me. Any additional details are things we can cover on the phone call.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve done managed scheduled and been an assistant for friends over the years and worked for a handful of doctors and offices. Ive done so much work running peoples schedules, doing research and typing documents and I realized I enjoyed the multitasking and ability to help someone else. After I had my daughter I decided to move full time to virtual assisting so I could focus on growing my career in this field.
