ProClass Web Design has done an excellent job with designing and implementing my website. I am very pleased with it, with the ease of using the site, the clean simplicity, and especially the quality that it portrays. As an artist, I am especially aware of the aesthetic importance of my website. Chris Bachman and ProClasshas done a great job with my site. I highly recommend them.Mar 11, 2019Review from Google
We own a specialty custom granite and tile construction company and hired ProClass Web Design to create and design our website from scratch. ProClass developed a beautiful, easy to navigate website for prospective and return customers to review and contact us. They were so helpful to work with especially when it comes to anything that has to do with the internet...as this is completely out of our comfort zone. They also made it so we could understand all of the jargon that one needs to have when running ecommerce and easy to reach if any questions arouse. We look at ProClass as an integral tool and partner when running our business.Mar 1, 2016Review from Google
Chris at ProClass Web Design built my last two websites, and I couldn't be happier with the results - both from an aesthetic/user-friendly perspective and with the search engine placements. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted, and I felt like he really cared about my businesses and my sites. I can honestly say Chris offered a higher level of customer service and attention to detail than I'd ever experienced from web designers in the past, and the entire process was surprisingly easy. I highly recommend ProClass!Aug 2, 2016Review from Google
I have a summer seasonal business and my website crashed at the end of last summer. I called Chris at Pro Class Web Design and was impressed with his knowledge and experience. After talking to a few friends that had hired Chris for their websites I decided to build a new website. He was easy to work with, explained the different options and helped me make decisions that I felt comfortable with. Chris was great to work with and I will continue to work with him moving forward.Kyle HMar 29, 2016Review from Google
Proclass is honestly PROCLASS. I never previously worked with a web designer. I presented Chris with an unusual project: a website to sell a yacht located in a foreign country. I know about yachts. He knows about websites. Chris is fantastic at collaboration. I told him about yachts. He actually listened and then asked questions which helped me refine the information and data to be presented. We were advertising a single, unique, and very high quality object. Over 50% of the qualified persons who responded via the website said that the quality of the website reflected the quality of the yacht being advertised. In other words, because of Chris we created a website which has a synergy between the medium ( web site) and the object ( the yacht).I recommend Chris at Proclass WITHOUT RESERVATION.Captain TimOct 5, 2018Review from GoogleProClass Web Design's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Each project will have unique parts to it requiring individual attention and pricing estimates.Pieces may include: Keyword Research, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Marketing, etc. Per page pricing can run from $50 to $150 per page depending on complexity. We do not offer shoot-from-the-hip estimates as without a detailed discussion these sorts of estimates are worthless.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1) I will spend between 30-60 minutes with a potential client discussing the details of the project, expectations and budget in order to determine if the project is a good fit for us. 2) Based on that discussion I work up a proposal summarizing the project along with any suggestions, indicate a budget including any phases or potential additional costs. 3) After review and any further refinement I issue a set of contractual documents setting forth the details of the project as well as the ways in which the client and ProClass Web Design agree to interact in order to facilitate a timely execution of the project. 4) The signed docs along with a 50% deposit is delivered to ProClass. 5) Work commences as agreed. 6) We will post a development version of the site online in a secure area for the client to review as updates are made. 7) Once the site is launched we provide a two week period for the client to review and tweak things without extra charge. Please note that this is for minor fixes, not for rebuilding pages or other major revisions. 8) Because of this detailed procedure both the client and ProClass know up front how much the project will cost. This cost figure will not vary unless the client changes the scope of the project. We have found that clients much prefer this type of pricing guarantee to the "open checkbook" approach many developers favor. 9) We also make every effort to launch the site within 30 days of having received all the content needed from the client. In all our years this has only been extended twice. 10) Once the site is launched and reviewed we ask the client for an evaluation of the project and how they felt about working with ProClass Web Design and how they feel we could improve.
