- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I have standard pricing for all my Real Estate - drone, 3D, and still services. This ranges between $149 and up depending on the services needed. I have standard pricing for portraits which varies depending on time and clients needs from $150-$300. My event pricing is $75 per hour and the proofs and images are negotiated depending on clients needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am hired by an individual for portraiture, wedding, or event I will talk to the client on the phone to communicate what their specific needs are. Typically we can decide on a date and time and the pricing I quote will reflect their needs. Once the shoot is complete, I provide images on my website to review and for the client to choose. I then deliver the images digitally if that is what is preferred or have my favorite Photography Lab in Salt Lake drop ship any prints or canvases ordered. The images are also available for purchase through my website. It is an easy stream lined process and I have had much success in this method.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
New York Institute of Photography, Kubota School, Nikon training, and many other photography workshops, classes, and training. We also have an FAA license for Drone operation. This is an extensive test requirement to fly a drone for commercial purposes and is required by most Real Estate boards in the area.
