- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do mostly residential home security and automation, but we also are licensed to install small business and CCTV.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was asked to fix a security system for one of the executive owners of a major security company. It was a compliment to our skills at Olympus Alarm that we are able to offer our expertise to help out the competition. We feel that we are in the business of saving lives, regardless of who you work for.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
While the initial costs can sometimes be a shock, look at the long term value of the system and the long term savings from the alarm.
