Introduction: I'm a master trainer, and I have been in this industry for three decades. I do personal training, run boot camps, and train elite and hardcore athletes, as well as your ordinary person who is looking to better their physique.
I create meal plans, perform fitness assessments, and have a strong background in natural health (N.H.D.). I enjoy working with others and helping them reach their full potential.
My clients are taught to become independent; however, many love my coaching services and come back year after year to further their progress and get their 'booster' shot.
