Nate is a good teacher he is good with kids and young adults I box with him 2 times a week an hour each the practice he sets up seem simple that entail you do them on each practice he puts in cardio and works individual mussels mostly u peen body and once done he send me to get a drink of water to keep me highs rated and educates me on why we are woking on that individual mussel and what it dose by the end of each practice I am sweeting heard and my hands are shaking I feel raelly a completed after I complete my a signed tasks in time I also sleep really well at night.
