I am very pleased with Andres and the rest of the PMI Summit team. He was the only PM company willing to drive out to see the property without a guarantee of my business.
I was very nervous to turn my property over to someone else, but I knew it was time. They were very patient with me and kept me informed every step of the way. They were very responsive, and helped me quickly get a great tenant in our home.
After working with PMI Summit for a few months they now have my full confidence, and its nice not having to worry about headaches of dealing with renters anymore. I would recommend Andres and his company to anyone looking for a property manager who will care about your home like it's his own.

I signed up with PMI Summit about a year and they have been great! I thought I could manage my property myself but learned that I really wasn't putting enough time and attention into the property after a tenant moved out unexpectedly having caused over $20,000 to my home. PMI Summit came in and fixed the damage for less than the other contractors we looked at. They found some great tenants and were able to raise the rent price by a couple hundred dollars. They are very responsive and are great at addressing maintanance issues before they turn into nightmares. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Andres is an extremely thorough property manager. I turned my properties over to PMI because I had some issues with the homeowner's association that the previous management company was not taking care of. Not only were the issues handled right away, but Andres addressed other issues that I was unaware of. He also got my tenants to sign new leases paying a significant amount more than what they were paying previously.

I enjoyed working with Andres, he helped me get my property in tip top shape. Anytime I needed something, even if it was menial like replacing doors, fixing plumbing or just answering questions he was eager and quick to help. He's very easy to get along with and stands by his word. They were thorough with the process of choosing tenants for my property. I trust I'll be doing business with him for a long time!

To begin with, Andres, Sam, and Matt are very pleasant people to work with.
Sam took care of all the details and gave me thorough explanation on the Lease/ Management contract. The information he introduced me to was helpful, to the point and made me feel confident that I have chosen my property managing team wisely.
Sam, Andres, and Matt have found renters for my Condo very fast - and for that I am grateful, too.
Andres can do practically everything. He checked all the appliances before renters moved in to make sure everything works. He replaced a 7 years old (but never used) fridge in the Condo within a day and did it with the knowledge only a specialist had.
Now he is taking care of the garage door and the project moves forward fast. Everything Andres does is done thoughtfully and in a timely manner. I am very happy with PMI Summit. Anyone who is looking for reliable property managers will be well advised if intrust the property to Andres, Sam and Matt.
