John has been training me on and off for two years now, and I love it. I've done both his Boot Camps and personal training. I've also recently got my mom to come with me twice a week and he's been training us together. I love that he can personalize the work out even when there are two of us there. And even though there are two of us, he does a great job of watching both of our forms to make sure we're both safe. John would do a great job of making the work out exactly what each of us needed that day. JC has so much knowledge about fitness and the human body and applies it to every single training session. I love that there are exercises we can count on, and see our progress on, but he always has new ones to challenge us, too. I'm so grateful that he is extremely cautious of injuries and will change the exercise to work around whatever hurts, but still giving the same benefits. Whenever I come in with an injury he always changes the day to work around it, but to also strengthen the muscles around the injury to speed up the healing time. John is all about all around health and so will help you with diet plans and life coaching too, which he's a pro at. He's been teaching me that a lot of times what keeps you from succeeding at an exercise is what's going on in your head and John does a great job getting you out of any and all bad thinking habits. I've seen so much improvement in all aspects of my life since training with JC and I can't imagine where I'd be without him. I love that I just keep getting stronger and stronger, mentally and psychically because of John's training.
Patrick is the first trainer I've ever hired. I came to that decision after doing a few of his boot camp classes at the gym I attend, as well as seeing the results that two other members had gotten from working with him - which was/is nothing short of stunning. While I do not possess the discipline that those members do, the time and energy I spent with Patrick was beyond effective - I still have his voice in my head. today when I am working out with weights or with the TRX strap..He possesses knowledge with regard to form and safety that I've only witnessed from a handful of trainers/instructors. For me, correct form and doing an exercise properly is paramount, since, if I get injured from doing an exercise incorrectly, then I face a long, uncomfortable recovery period. He is extremely patient and communicates the correct way to do a particular exercise or stretch in a manner that I was able to absorb (hence, the voice in my head when I do them, now). He is an excellent resource for fitness training and knowledge - it's very clear he is passionate about his vocation.
Ariana is awesome! My favorite thing about her training is that she can read my levels and abilities very well and adapt my training to it, then increase intensity to challenge me when I need it. Plus her personality is fun and outgoing! Her boot camps rock and will have you doing exercises you didn't think you could do! Wouldn't recommend anyone else but her! ?????????
Mary offered a booty camp to let us get to know her at our gym. The group that showed up was varied and diverse, for sure! She was motivating to all of us. Obviously she practices what she preaches, because she's very strong and fit. She was plenty hard and demanding on us that could do a lot. She was helpful and supportive and encouraging to those who were new to the workouts. My only disappointment was that i had to leave town and didn't get to attend all the booty camp classes!

They not only care about making you work hard durin the workouts, but there are nutrition guidelines and the trainers are very interested and involved in your healthy habits and well being on your journey to a healthy, stronger, better you! I like that even though I am older and am out of shape, Kenny is always encouraging and positive. He is my biggest cheerleader every time I reach a goal. He adapts the boot camp workouts to accommodate me and always encourages me and pushes me to do just a little bit more.
I'm a master trainer, and I have been in this industry for three decades. I do personal training, run boot camps, and train elite and hardcore athletes, as well as your ordinary person who is looking to better their physique. I teach aerobic interval training mixed with strength training for maximum fat burn combined with great core workouts in every section, multifaceted booty workouts meant to specifically target the muscles that seem to magically add life to our butt. I am requiring that everyone keep a food journal as well as exercise journal to document their success so that I can hold them accountable to their personal goal. We will take our measurements at the beginning and end of the program. For some of us our scale weight is irrelevant. To see that 4 inches came off your waist and 5 inches off your butt, now that is where a true feeling of accomplishment lies. As expressed earlier, this is going to be more than just a physical transformation program. We will spend a lot of time on our mental transformation as well. I will designate time every week to acknowledge the belittling things we tell ourselves every day, and try to teach everyone how to eradicate that harmful habit. We will learn the power of the mind and I will also teach a couple alternative healing methods as well for when we just need to hit that reset button during the day. Let me also reiterate that this is not a program for a specific woman. I have women of all ages and all fitness levels participating in this. I encourage everyone to go at their own pace and to listen to their body. If you learn to truly enjoy this then it's likely to become a regular habit in your life, no program required.
