I find most tech gurus are not very good with people. Roger is excellent at explaining things in a way the lay person can understand. He makes you feel comfortable, asks good questions and is very attentive to your computer stress.

He was really good at showing me how to set up my premier credit card with texts, and he was really considerate calling premier bank and asking them questions about their website, and he was real nice to them and got good information.

I was having problems with our company email and Roger was able to help me understand how the email system worked, and in addition, added a link from our mail website that would allow me access our email in a way that was much easier than previous.
