- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One-on-one workouts – $45 for a 30 minute session; $55 for a 60 minute session. Multiple sessions per week will receive a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers always receive an initial assessment to determine fitness levels and discuss appropriate and attainable process and outcome goals. This can be done in person, online or over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years experience in the fitness world. This started with running and progressed to yoga and personal training. I am a NASM-CPT, certified running coach through RRCA, yoga and PiYo teacher. I am also certified as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist; NASM-FNS. My experience combined with formal certifications gives me a unique perspective in what I can offer my clients.
