FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a percentage management fee model where we take care of managing your property on short-term rental platforms for a percentage of overall revenue. This way again, you can get the rewards of awesome platforms like Airbnb without needing to handle all of the check-ins, check-outs, guest communication, cleaning, etc. Our goal with this model is always to completely offset our management fees by generating higher revenues on properties that we manage than our property owners were able to on their own.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll run projections on your property - that way we have an idea of how the property should perform on the short-term rental market. We can schedule a call and talk about the property and the things that make it unique. We'll help you make design and logistical choices to get the house ready to list. We'll set up a local team of cleaners and maintenance people (we can work with the team you already have if you want us to!) We'll get a professional photographer to come out and take great listing photos. We build an optimized listing for you that will ensure the places success on the short term rental websites. Every property setup is different so the costs associated are different. But if the place is ready to go, typical setup costs (listing creating and onboarding) come to about 1000 dollars.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are in our 6th year of managing Airbnbs. We have learned tricks and tips that one can only acquire by being out there DOING it. We have also completed multiple hosting certificate courses - one personal training notably by James Svetic - the author of "Airbnb For Dummies".
