- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There's no such thing as "one-size-fits all." What's important to me is what you want and frankly, what every client wants is different. Custom pricing is 100% what I do, based on the outcomes you want to reach.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 - Understand your desires/challenges 2 - Create plans to address (above) 3 - Implement plans together (execution) 4 - Reflection (discuss your experience and incorporate plans for sustainable solutions - ie - long term changes to your challenges)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
