Paul has been training me for 5 months now. Without any exercise routine in my background, I have had a real aversion to starting one. I had the pleasure of training with Mike when I was taking my fitness back after having kids. I had rarely did anything other than running and the way he changed my way of thinking about training was amazing and so were my results. He made my workouts geared to what I liked to do and always made them fun. I actually looked forward to going to the gym to workout with him on the days we trained. Brandon and the Super Human Performance program is outstanding and the real deal when it comes to professional training. Although Brandon has worked with and trained a bunch of pro athletes, let me explain why it is far beyond that fact that makes him a truly talented professional in the sports world. I'm not a pro athlete but I have been a fire fighter for 10 years. Through that, I've come to look for structure, discipline, and competency when it comes to quality training. Maybe more importantly than that, you have to connect at a personal level and find what motivates a person to progress. I have found all of those things and more with Brandon. There are a lot of trainers out there who can put together a plan and be there when you show up to the gym. Brandon however understands the champion's the mind. He will integrate himself into who you are to help you push and find the next level. Being here in Utah from out of state, I actually found Brandon through Thumbtack. While I received a bunch of replies to my search, Brandon just had a different feel. With his back ground in sports bio mechanics and having competed and exceled at the pro level, his approach and resume had what I was looking for. Not someone to carry me through or hold my hand but someone who knew how to help me push myself. How to find that sharper mind and the beast performance. When I met with Brandon not only did we do two plus days of testing and evaluation, but he built a custom program to include the fitness, nutritional, and mind development aspects into all of it. Most importantly Brandon is a super rad dude who's a blast to be around. It is my opinion that Brandon seeks the fighter that lives within himself. If you're ready to work so is he. He's super organized and clearly keeps a client list that he can really focus on. I'm still actively training with Brandon and it keeps getting better and better. We started as a client/trainer and are now friends with high levels of mutual respect. I leave hurting each session but always hungry for more of the Super Human Performance program and Brandon's guidance. I've never really done many reviews on these things but I'm so stoked on working with Brandon I couldn't not write one. Also, since I was looking for a very specific trainer and program to help me meet my goals, I wanted to share my experience in case someone is looking for that highly talented and motivated person to work with. Brandon is that guy. With his skill level and the focus he puts on his clients, if you can grab him, do it!!! I have been working with Kenny for two weeks now. I'm so sore! I didn't have a lot of experience with training before, but I feel like he has been understanding of that and encouraging as well. He is fun to work with and has pushed me to work hard. Definitely a good choice to hire him as my trainer!
Cecily has been training me for the past 6 months and for the first time in over 10 years I finally feel confident in my swimsuit!! The gym environment is friendly, well equipped, and fun. I started working out with Joe Tullis in April of 2013. He gave me tons of good information on diet and nutrition and wrote out a plan for me to help me get to my goal. I was over 180 lbs that day and had tennis elbow. Within 3 months my arm was pain free and I had learned a whole new way of eating. I have since lost 30 pounds. Joe helped me find the drive and determination to change my diet and exercise routines which has improved my life tremendously. I worked Joe from April 2013 - September 2013 and again starting in September 2014 to present. I have never seen Joe without a smile. Hes the most positive person which makes it easy and fun to get through the workouts even when they are hard. I always leave my training sessions feeling happy and motivated. I defiantly would recommend to anyone who is ready to change their life.
While we're (couple's training) only a fee workouts into the routine, we're already feeling how Tyler can push us! He's a good teacher and is very attentive to his clients' needs and will definitely make you feel at home when you're working out with him.

I have been going to OUR since June and have loved every second of it. I was struggling to get motivated and excited about fitness again after having a baby and OUR was so helpful. Super encouraging staff, friendly group fitness, amazing programming and awesome equipment. Their staff is trained to help all levels of fitness, beginner to expert and have specific programs for postpartum moms which is awesome! Love everything about it.
I've been training with Katherine for one and a half years. It has been one of the most remarkable experiences in my life! Katherine's enthusiasm, creativity and knowledge have been very motivating, challenging and rewarding. I have dropped 10 pounds and seen my energy levels go through the roof. The confidence and joy her workout have given me are irreplaceable! The picture on the left is from 2014- A time when I worked out and thought I was knowledgeable about my workouts and diet, but I so wasn't! Shortly after that, I started getting in to the gym and trying to learn the ropes in the gym on my own. I had been working out hard and consistently, (at least in my opinion at the time), and putting on muscle for about a year and a half. At the beginning of the year I decided to enter my first figure contest and asked Nate to be my trainer. Best decision EVER! Contest prep is not easy. The dieting is intense and hours upon hours of work are put into the gym almost all week long between lifting and cardio. Nate has made this journey not only bearable, but enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes everything involved in this process extremely understandable! He is super reliable and dedicated to no end to what he does. I finally have found my "thing" and have never felt more motivated about something- and I owe much of that to Nate! If you are ever looking for a trainer or nutrition consultant, no matter what level you are at in your fitness journey, he is the best person for the job!!
Bethanie is an amazing coach. She takes the personal time needed to explain not only what it is we are working on, but why. She explains each step of training easily and goes over it with you until she is sure you've gotten the concept. Safety of her client is of upmost importance and Bethanie watches you to assure you are properly executing each move without risking injury. I feel so confident in her coaching abilities, I have asked her to train my children, and she has done so with the same detail and attention she gives to her adult clients. Bethanie is the best!
Russ embodies discipline. I always believe you should never hire a financial planner that isn't wealthy. Nor should you hire a trainer that is not fit, hard working and looks the way you want to look. Russ is ripped. His diet is strict. His Navy SEAL training says it all. He expects a lot, and that is what I wanted. His expectations compelled commitment and follow-through on my part. Russ told me that his greatest form of advertisement is me. If he didn't like what I was advertising he had no problem firing me. I took that to heart. He puts in the work and will expect you to do the same. If that is what you want, you won't be disappointed.
