- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A one year Royal treatment agreement includes 1 detailed furnace inspection before the cold season and 1 detailed A/C inspection before the hot season. Both inspections include an emailed copy of our system integrity report for your files.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on their needs, customers may be walked through our diagnosis process and then educated on the proper choices for a repair or replacement. Those seeking a bid on a new system or finishing their basement for example, bids are free and we are happy to answer all questions relating to the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA certified, RMGA certified, NATE certified, and HVAC Contractors license.
