Introduction: In each and every project, our goal is to meet the needs of the individual project. We will work to understand the needs of each client, and in turn, focus the energy of the firm to meet those needs. Architectural services include feasibility studies, programming, design-build, conceptual design, architectural design, sustainable design, construction documents, construction administration, specifications, as well as many other specialty services based on demand. Our team will walk each project through various phases as necessitated by the project demands. Whether it be through a traditional design-bid-build process, design-build, or any other fast-track scenario, each of our projects will be seen through by our team with the utmost focus on achieving the client's design goals. A typical process begins with the programming phase, followed by schematic design and design development phases, and culminating in the construction documents and specifications. As a member of USGBC, Architecture 2030 and as a LEED AP+ accredited professional, Onwuegbu Architecture comes prepared to provide sustainable design, and attempts to focus on our clients' designs towards building a better environment.
