- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my pricing should be transparent with no hidden costs. I do charge 20% gratuity for non tip jar events and my most common pricing is $300-$350 for a 4 hour block depending on guest count. This does not include the cost of alcohol and supplies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to work with every customer to tailor my operation to their needs which involves creating a menu of personally designed cocktail or classics, organizing event details, and making sure that on your special day everything goes to plan. I am very quick to respond, usually within the hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years of mixology experience. I have worked for some of the big restaurants in downtown SLC including Copper Onion and Under Current, but what you'll note is that I have a passion for bartending and creating an 'experience' for my clientele.
