Chris is terrific! Friendly, polite and he knows what he's doing. He's willing to meet early in the morning which is great for my schedule. I can already tell a difference after just a few weeks of working out with him. Chris is always on time for training appointments and very helpful and understanding when I needed to reschedule. Chris knows his stuff. I first started my fitness journey after my body fat percentage had hit a personal high of 37%. It was then I decided to make health a priority in my life and start taking exercise and nutrition seriously.

Chris is an amazing trainer and in my opinion the best hands down. We sat down and set goals I wanted to achieve on our first consultation and he gave me a personalized overview of what it would take to meet my goals I workout with Chris 3 times a week with a coworkers. I love working out with him! He always makes us feel comfortable while still pushing us to be the best we can be. I would strongly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a personal trainer in Salt lake city. Chris is an excellent trainer. We have fun the whole time, but work hard, too. I have a bad back, and whenever an exercise comes up that wouldn't be good for me, he's able to alter it so I can still participate. His workouts are challenging at first but he encouraged me along the way. I can see the results and definitely feel them as well. I recommend Chris to anybody wanting to get in shape or just maintain shape, he is a wonderful trainer and a great Pushing you beyond what you think you can do.

Chris is a great trainer. He is diligent in creating a plan based upon a client's interests and melding with his expertise. Like a good coach, he motivates and challenges during training sessions. Working with Chris as my personal trainer has been great. Chris was able to quickly explain and instill proper technique for strength training and help me correct imbalances at the same time. Aside from gaining power I've also learned different stretches I can do anywhere. If you want to achieve your goals the right way then definitely train with chris.

I have been personal training my Chris for a month and a half. He is knowledgeable about fitness. The workouts are catered to my abilities, challenges and goals. Just starting out working out in the gym my entire life and I dont feel pressured and he modifies his workouts for me. I feel his support. Chris has given me the tools that I need to make changes in my life. He has help me lose weight some fat off my midsection, and hips. Chris is great I highly recomend him

I absolutely love working out with Chris! He is a great trainer, Fun to work with, great experience and highly recommended. provides great workouts that get results! I have been going here for about 2 and a half months and have seen a big change in my fitness level. I never felt intimidated or just another number. He cares to see you succeed, and pushes you. I love that he not only gives excellent workout, but also provides weekly meal plans on what to eat. In the 2 and a half months working with Chris. I already feel much stronger and love the variety of exercises we do! In such a short time period, his training has worked wonders for me. The first week working with Chris I loss 7 pounds following his food plan guide. Today I have loss 23 pounds. I look and feel better then I have in years. I love his ability to cater towards a specific goal of mine and the constant motivation he gives me to achieve my goals. In terms of time management, he always been open to growth when it comes to my schedule and have also catered towards what times work best for me to train.
