FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Beware. Especially the out-of-state companies that come into Utah; Claim they have a buyer for your business and then want up front fees to do a business valuation. So many times I have came across these so called "company", and after the Seller paid $5k-$15k, they never hear from the "company" again about the so called "buyer". And to add insult to injury, 9 times out of 10, you can divide the valuation by 3 and this is the true market value. I have questioned myself so many times, "Why would they so grossly over value the business?" The only thing I could come up with, is that, to make the Business Owner feel Good about paying their fees thinking that their business is worth more than what it really is. Everyone wants to be told their business is worth millions.
