Trisha and Chef Leo did an outstanding job for our event. They were quick to respond and clearly communicated everything that needed to happen during each step of the process. They provided three different menus to choose from and then customized the one we chose to our specific requests. They were very aware of the dietary needs of our guests and provided excellent menu options for them as well. They arrived on time, were extremely friendly, presented a wonderful display, and the food was incredible. We felt like we had an authentic Italian experience. I ordered catering for a home holiday party and it was WONDERFUL. The food was delicious and fresh, everyone raved over how great it was. The delivery was punctual and the set-up was seamless. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We don't have prices on our menu because there are many variables to catering. We do quotes for all of our customers once we know what kind of event you have, the kind of menu you are looking for and the budget that you have to spend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When you contact us through phone or email, we will ask you about your event, what kind of menu you are looking for and your budget. Then we will create some menu options for you from what you tell us and provide you with a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was born and raised in Italy. I studied in Syracuse on the island of Sicily in the south of Italy where I went to culinary school at the age of 14 for 5 years. After which I worked for 20 years in Catania, Italy until I moved to Salt Lake City, Utah in 2018. I prepare only authentic Italian food and Sicilian specialties.
