Had a great experience getting my phone fixed here. Charlie was quick to respond and professional. I came in the day after his quote on very short notice hoping to fix my screen and battery before a trip. He took my phone as soon as I came in and had it back to me in just over an hour. All while being short staffed, taking several calls, and helping customers as they walked in and out. My battery now lasts like it should and the screen is no longer discolored in the corner and overheating. He also assured me they use OEM parts. The one thing I've noticed since I left is that the color is a tad off/different than before, which isn't a huge deal to me since it's still in overall better shape than when I brought it in.Sep 26, 2018Verified
