- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a pleasant smile, and introduction. We like to call people on first name basis. We ask questions and listen to customers needs. We treat people with respect, and see every situation as if they are family. We educate our customers, and give them solutions. We don't pressure them into decisions they might regret.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC and Refrigeration degree from Salt Lake Community College. EPA certified, RMGA certified. S350, S360 contractors license.
