I came to Heptech for their great reviews. I am less than impressed. I took my lightly used laptop there for its first servicing after my anti-virus software subscription expired and my laptop received a virus. Heptech seemed to get rid of the virus but my laptop still functions with some jumps in the OS software and doesn't work as well as it did pre-virus. Also, when Heptech removed the bottom panel to access the hard drive, the hard dive was re-installed not using all of the correct screws. The incorrect screws have too large a head that don't allow the bottom panel to close therefore, Heptech chose to only include one of the three original screws to the bottom panel, the only screw that would work. Also, the tech must have choked on some drink when working on my laptop as there is some liquid spattered across the screen. I would not recommend Heptech.
