FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My day rate is $750, half days are $500. From there it depends on how many photos you want, the circulation of these photos, and what you are using them for, and that is how I come up with my licensing fees. At times I may have to hire an assistant or rent some extra equipment, which is factored into the total price for my services. I also am willing to work with your budget so you can have the benefit and the privilege of amazing photographs! I also will do an "introductory rate" for many new clients. So please don't hesitate to ask me any questions!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am recently graduated from the Salt Lake Community College's amazing photography program! It has been noticed as one of the best photography programs on the West Coast. Although it is only a two year program, I learned everything I need to know to go into my field. When the opportunity arises to learn more I always take it. I am constantly seeking knowledge and inspiring ideas. I have worked with other professionals in the field with clients such as Harley Davidson and American Idols.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was very into collage art in my twenties, and I bought my first digital SLR after my point and shoot broke to facilitate my work. I soon hit a plateau with the little knowledge I had about the camera, and decided to go to school to learn how to use it better. From there my knowledge exploded and the further I got into the program the more I loved it! I know photography is my true calling!
