- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rate usually. We try not to do an hourly wage because if we do a job in two hours that would usually take 8, we do not get paid what is sufficient for the work that we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting the details of a job to better understand what supplies are needed, what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, and to work with the customer on pricing to be more fair to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have no licenses, certifications or any of that we just pride ourselves on doing the best job that we can do. We do not get into anything that requires licenses or certifications because its not worth the risk.
