My pricing is straightforward and transparent. Every estimate includes labor, hauling, and disposal so there are no surprise add-on fees. I offer clear tiered pricing based on the amount of junk and the level of organization needed. For returning customers, I also provide loyalty discounts and bundled rates when combining cleanouts with storage solutions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation—either in person or virtually—to understand your goals and the current state of your garage. From there, I provide a clear estimate and outline the plan step-by-step. On the day of service, I handle the cleanout, sorting, hauling, and organization with minimal disruption. Once finished, I walk you through the space to ensure everything is exactly how you want it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve built my experience through hands-on work in junk removal, garage organization, and home improvement projects. Over time, I’ve developed efficient systems for sorting, hauling, and designing simple storage setups that maximize space. I also stay up to date on best practices in safe lifting, materials disposal, and small-space organization.
