- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bid my pricing off effort/time/laborers. I go off track on pricing, I look at time, labour, and what makes sense for me. That’s how pricing can work out in customers advantage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I definitely like a walk thru bid, to ensure I see exactly what I’m dealing with, and knowing where to give a accurate bid, for what I believe it to be, and getting a good feel for the customer as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained with each one of my fathers workers 2 week each, with all 3 employees, to learn all skills, and ask all questions I had.
