The limo was late in picking us up to celebrate our wedding anniversary. They were so late, we had to cancel. The worst part was that they called to tell us they were late at the time they were suposed to pick us up, so we could not make other arrangements. They also did not offer to make it right. I would not trust them for an important event. I was greatly disappointed.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We got held up on another event, and while we still left in time to get to your even with time to spare; we hit traffic. After realizing that the time was getting late, we called to let you know that we were sorry but we had hit traffic and we would be there as soon as possible (about 5 minutes). At this point they told us not to even stop by; they didn't want the limousine anymore. We refunded their down payment, even though in our rental agreement, we clearly state that if we are held up by traffic, accident, etc. we were not obligated to do so, and if they wanted to use the money they could reschedule. We have been nothing if not fair!

This is by far the best limo service in utah. They bend over backwards for you In the best way ever! Their employees are even the best to work with. So nice, and happy people to talk to! I reccommend them to anyone who wants to have the best night of their life!

Great experience! Excellent customer service, prompt and accommodating. We felt like royality and had a blast riding around downtown Salt Lake City. Took us to overlook the valley at Ensign Peak, absolutely beautiful!

We used this service for a girls night. They arrived early and service was good. The cars are well kept and clean. We had a lot of fun.
